Khoresht Khalal (Persian Silvered Almond Stew)

Persian Silvered Almond Stew is a Kermanshahi stew which is made of meat, black barberries and dried lemon for which local people in the province use Kermanshahi oil, as well. 

Recipe: lamb should be minced very finely. The stew needs a large amount of meat to be more delicious (100 gram per each person). The meat should be mixed with turmeric and curry powder and then be fried with onion and tomato paste. The next step is adding silvered almond (50 gram per each person) and dried lemon (one per each person). Then, add some water and a little bit saffron. Just a few minutes before serving the dish, you need to add fried barberries in order to keep the yellow color of the stew. Finally, add the salt and wait for the surprise.
