The museum was established in a beautiful location at the center of Shohada Radani Pour Park in 1391 SH by Mr. Nadaali Azadifar, a veteran of the Sacred Defense. It houses 850 valuable and documented objects from pre- and post-Islamic eras, as well as the Islamic period and beyond. The museum is two stories, with the first floor dedicated to ethnographic artifacts and the second floor showcasing historical artifacts. A section of the museum is dedicated to the Revolution, the Sacred Defense, and the sacrifices made by individuals. The museum takes pride in being a member of ICOM (International Council of Museums) and receiving the prestigious title of "Top and Selected Museum of the Country" for four years. Professor Heinz Martin Hens, the President of the World Museums, has awarded the museum with a plaque and a trophy.
