Susa Museum of Archaeology was established next to the archaeological site of Susa in order to display the historical objects discovered from the archaeological excavations during the 1960s. The museum incudes four halls. The halls show objects of prehistory, Elamite, Seleucid/ Achaemenid Empire and historical-Islamic periods. The museum of Susa was designed in the garden-museum where some stone materials are displayed in the garden area. The approximate space is about 14947.75 square meters with 825.23-square-meter build-up area.
