Location: Two kilometers away from the Khoy-Salmas road. This bridge is built over a wide river and it includes seven large arches. There are seven small arches or regular vaults, between the large arches, built on stone bases. The bridge is sixty meters long, 7.8 meters wide, and its height from the river's surface is 5.6 meters. The bridge was built during the reign of Muzaffar al-Din Uzbek, one of the Atabegs of Azerbaijan, under the name of his wife, Khatoon, Toghrel III’s daughter. It connects Khoy to Salmas, and was renovated during the reign of Ahmad Khan Donboli. Khatoon Bridge is registered in the list of Iran National Heritage (No1367.)
