Sepidan Ski Resort (Pouladkaf Ski Resort)

Pouladkaf Ski Resort is a popular tourist attraction for winter sports enthusiasts located in Fars Province, Iran. The resort is situated 85 kilometers northwest of the city of Shiraz and is known by two names: "Sepidan Ski Resort" and "Pouladkaf Sports Complex." It is located in the highlands of Sepidan County, approximately fifteen kilometers away from Ardakan County. The ski resort offers its special attractions throughout the day and night in all seasons. These attractions include cable car, jet skiing, horseback riding, cycling, virtual reality cameras, pedal boats, ski school, ski equipment shop, amusement park, artificial lake, snowmobiles, and everything you need for a winter adventure.

Undoubtedly, using this recreational and sports complex in winter brings much more excitement. However, it's important to note that this is a four-season destination. In summer, you can enjoy its cool weather and skiing on grass, while in the middle of autumn until mid-spring, you can take advantage of its snow activities. Mount Rounj, standing at an elevation of 3,400 meters above sea level, overlooks the Pouladkaf complex situated at 2,850 meters above sea level. One of the reasons for the fame of this ski resort is its vast area, covering 500 hectares. For this reason, it is recognized as the second-largest international ski resort and the first ski resort in southern Iran.

To reach the Sepidan complex, simply follow the Sepidan road towards Margoon Waterfall. After fifteen kilometers in this road, you will find the signboard directing you to the main route. If you wish to avail the 24/7 facilities of the complex, there are hotels, restaurants, mountain resorts, and tribal accommodations ready to serve tourists. Additionally, parking facilities are provided for private vehicles. In addition to Margoon Waterfall, the village of Komehr is another notable area near Pouladkaf Ski Resort. You can also visit the Tizab Gorge and Chelle gah in the vicinity.
