1st Day
Once upon a time, Ghazvin was the capital of Safavid Empire. So, it is not surprising to see a building named Chehel Sotoun here. Ghazvin Chehel Sotoun became the preface of Isfahan Chehel Sotoun.
In order to reach the eagle nest, you should enter the heart of Alborz from Ghazvin. At first you will cross a mountainous path and then enter a vast plain. Crossing Moallem Kalayeh Village you are gradually seeing a mountain different from its surrounding mountains. This is the same Alamut or Eagle Nest Mountain which has been some time related to Hasan Sabbah, the leader of Ismaili brunch. It is better you to stay for night in one of the eco-tourism houses of Alamut and leave Alamut for Ghazvin and Abhar tomorrow morning.
2nd Day
There exists a city named Takestan in your way to Abhar indebted its name to the massive grape fields. Most of farmers gather along the road in order to sell their products during harvest time. A night stay in Abhar or Takestan will prepare you for your next days’ visits.
Leave for Soltaniyeh after sunrise. Visit the famous Soltaniyeh Dome, one of the highest brick domes in the world, and the tombs of Soltaniyeh before midday. If you are interested in the mysterious buildings go for Viyar Village and stop by the Dragon or Dashkasan Temple.
In this way, you will arrive at Zanjan in the evening.
3rd Day
Take a rest for night and go for the Museum of Salt Men, Rakhtshooy Khaneh Museum and Bazar. Leave Zanjan after launch and continue your way toward Takab.
You will be in Takab before evening. Stay for night there to be Refreshing and cheerful on tomorrow morning in the Soleyman territory!
4th Day
Takht-e Soleyman is one of the World Heritages of Iran and considered to be a mysterious arena. The deep lake of Takht-e Soleyman along with the ruined buildings and Soleyman Prison all indicate the existence of a mystery that has remained still sealed.
