Building of Ghareni House is located in old texture of Qaen. The building is constructed in Qajar Dynasty according to available evidences. Building has an entrance gate in eastern side having a way to the yard through a porch corridor. Winter balcony is located in eastern side and there is a two-floor passage space on two sides of balcony being available through the passageway in northern side of balcony. Summer balcony is located in western side. Final part of the balcony and spaces on either side has two floors. Building has four rooms in north side, two of which are nested. There are other spaces such as storage, two sitting rooms and lateral spaces in southern side. Stable, bathroom, kitchen, food storage and residential spaces for servants are located in eastern side; all of them unfortunately have been destroyed. Most of the spaces have arch, calotte and small arch (Gothic arch). Decoration of building includes custom-design, plaster work, floral arabesque and fireplace in rooms.
